I have traveled distance further then I'd like to admit to get entire collections of e.l.f. Cosmetics (Eye Lips Face) take on what a particular Princess would wear. I have searched social media to figure out when and where I can find the launch of next big collection. Currently I was getting ready to get in my car, fill up the tank and partake in another journey to get my hands on the Bell collection from Disney's Beauty and the Beast. I had to stop myself, and ask if it was worth it? I was shocked by my very own answer.
Is E.L.F. Cosmetic Disney Princess worth the hype? No! Plain and simple. I have never been fully satisfied by any one collection that I had purchased. The quality of some of the items is extremely poor. I began questioning e.l.f. Cosmetics quality control. A kabuki brush that came with the Ariel bronzer had a stick nestled in with the bristles of the brush. My Snow White brush holder was dirty. My Ariel brush set, the handles were curves/misshaped. In all, the quality is poor.
When it comes to some of the actual makeup, some of it is repackaged makeup that is available in their permeant collection. Others, are one of a kind but I question if the inflated price tag is worth it? Still to me not worth the hype.
The biggest hyped item is the beauty books. Out of everything I feel that the beauty books are the only thing worth picking up. I like how they are laid out and the beautiful packaging but I'll never use them and they are just collecting dust at this point.
I also don't understand why only Walgreens carries this particular line from e.l.f. Cosmetics? Also why is there no promotions of any kind making people aware that it is available when launched?
In all I feel that this is all about the packaging. Packaging sales, I can attest to that. I am the first to admit that I will buy thing strictly for it packaging. In the end, I have retired from collecting these collection from e.l.f. Cosmetics.

Till next time,
