Review: Pep-Me-Mint Soap from Soulflower India

A few days back I bought a set of 3 Soulflower soaps from 99labels.com. I've already reviewed Baby Your skin soap from Soulflower here, and my good experience from the soap made me pull back from shower gels and start using soaps again; the reason why I ordered this set.

I decided to start with Pep-Me-Mint soap and I've been using this soap since past couple of days now. Check out the details and review below:

My experience with this soap:

The foremost reason why I chose this soap above all the three, was its minty bluish green color. When I started using this soap, I could smell the cool mint fragrance from it that I've usually experienced from menthol based eatables like polo, center fresh etc. Nevertheless, I love the fresh cool mint fragrance of this soap. It lathers well and leaves a cooling sensation on the skin after getting washed off, the way you usually feel from using Menthol based products. The bath experience using this soap is quite refreshing and cooling, so it can be ideal for summer seasons.

And below are some of the likes and dislikes that I've felt about this soap:

Likes:

1) I like the fresh cool mint fragrance of this soap.

2) It lathers quite well and is easy to rinse off.

3) The soap leaves a nice refreshing cooling effect on the skin after getting rinsed off, which makes it ideal for summers.

4) The soap doesn't dry out my skin and keeps it hydrated, which I like a lot.

5) I've not experienced any allergic reactions.

6) It is made up of natural and organic ingredients and hence is definitely more skin friendly than other chemically synthesized soaps.

7) Since a very little amount is needed to create the lather, it'd definitely run a long way.

Dislikes:

1) The bar shape is a bit heavy and bulky. I have to cut the soap in two halves to make it more user-friendly. Also the flat surface makes it difficult to store it easily. I usually store it by keeping it slanted on the soap case.

2) Availability may be a problem as I've not see it anywhere at stores or malls near my home, but you can order it from their website.

Overall verdict: I like this soap for its refreshing center fresh chewing gum fragrance and cooling effect. It lathers well, keeps my skin hydrated and doesn't have any harmful chemicals, so I definitely recommend it.
