The Nissan Motor Co Board officially dismissed chairman Carlos Ghosn
The Nissan Motor Co board will choose to officially fire Carlos Ghosn as head of the Japanese carmaker on Thursday after an internal investigation found he allegedly falsified the report "for years." Ghosn was arrested Monday after an investigation - based on a fact-revealing report - said he did not report his salary and commit other financial violations including the personal use of company assets, said Japanese state media and companies. Brazilian-born Ghosn, 64, is a big figure in the global automotive industry. He was an early supporter of electric cars, autonomous vehicles and without drivers, and to integrate communication capabilities with smartphone technology for "connected cars."

The 92nd Macy's Day Thanksgiving Day celebration begins the holiday season
For all your early birds: Macy's annual Kora Day parade will feature large balloons, stars and processions, starting at 9 am ET. This formation features 16 giant balloons; 43 new balloons; legacy balloon; balloon and experimental balloon (balloon and hybrid vehicle); and balloon balloons (hybrid costume characters). Some new characters that exhale hot air include Saiyan Goku warriors from "Dragon Ball Super: Brody." You can still see some old favorites, such as Charlie Brown, The Grinch and Pillsbury Doughboy. Pay attention to new buoys, including Elf Pets by The Elf on the Shelf. Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, and Al Roker will hold a three-hour broadcast on NBC.
